We strive to make sure your skincare products arrive in a timely fashion, but it does take time to prepare, so we kindly ask for patience! Please note that processing may take anywhere from 24-72 hours, especially for orders placed on the weekend. If you have any extra details for your order, please leave a note in your order during checkout. We reserve the right to delay processing any order that appears suspicious until proper verification.US SHIPPING METHODS

If you are shipping outside the US, you will have to pay for delivery and there is a strict no-refund and no-return policy. Large boxes are subject to an additional $20 fee. We do not ship to every country. We will do our best attempt to verify your address before shipping. If your order gets returned due to an undeliverable address, we reserve the right to cancel your order. Please be aware that your country’s customs service may require you to pay an additional fee in order to receive your order. We cannot know beforehand when this may occur. We cannot provide refunds or payments to mitigate these taxes and we cannot negotiate fees on your behalf. By placing an order with Stars Skincare and Medspa, you agree that once the order has been picked up by the shipping courier, that we no longer are responsible if a package is damaged or stollen during transit. You are responsible to file any claims with the carrier, and we will assist you with any documentation required by the shipping carrier. By placing the order above you agree to the above terms.
